Mom Convicted For Hacking Son's Facebook Account
I don’t even know where to start with this story. Facebook is the devil! So Denise New was given a 30-day suspended sentence and one year probation for posting on her 17-year old son’s (Lane New) Facebook account. Denise and Lane apparently had some sort of fight earlier this year and cops were called to their home. Denise then hacked into Lane’s FB account and, posing as Lane, made several posts that made it seem as though the statements he gave to the police about their altercation were false.
In court Denise New admitted she locked her son Lane New, 17, out of his Facebook account and then made disparaging remarks about him for everyone to see. She claimed she did it to try and correct his behavior. Clark County District Judge Randy Hill didn’t buy it. (more…)
