Mrs. Carter is currently enjoying some well deserved fun in the sun with her husband and daughter after her whirlwind tour. She recently posted the above flick of Alexander Wang’s Parental Advisory Top. The $1,000 top was a signature piece in Wang’s Spring 2014 collection. Wang’s instantly iconic Parental Advisory logo ruled his Spring 2014 runway, paying homage to the Nineties. It’s definitely a must-have for this season. Hot Trend Alert: Boyfriend Jeans
Thank God for boyfriend jeans. Finally we can stop struggling to pour ourselves into skinny jean, and slip on denims that are comfortable, and don’t make us suck our tummies in to the point of passing out. In a nutshell, it’s either literally a pair of guy’s jeans, or a pair of jeans that looks and fits like it was borrowed from a guy – loose fit, low rise, cuffed hems.
If the look is executed correctly, you can even come off looking sexier than you would in skinnies. All you have to do is pick a pair that fits and flatters you and match it with a variety of cute tops. For the desired sexy vibe, boyfriend jeans should be loose but fitted across the hips, and narrow and tapered in the leg. If your jeans are short enough, you won’t need to roll up the cuffs. But if they’re super long, you’ll need to cuff the bottoms. Roll them above your ankles if you’re wearing heels, or just below if you’re wearing flat sandals. Rihanna Curses Out Fan On Twitter
Twitter is the devil. I said it before and I’ll say it again. Twitter is the devil. Rihanna unveiled the cover art for her next single “Man Down” via her twitter yesterday. Upon viewing the pic, @NinyaBella, a pseudo fan, was more focused on her hair in the photo than her actual choice for the next single and had this to tweet:

Rihanna Covers Rolling Stone
I had all but written off Rolling Stone magazine after their last issue featured Jersey Shore’s Snooki on the cover. This time around they feature Rihanna who manages to look sizzling hot as usual. My only problem is she seems to be trying too hard with this good girl gone bad routine. I miss the Pon De Replay Riri…
On the cover of this week’s Rolling Stone (on newsstands Friday (April 1st), Rihanna looks disapprovingly over her shoulder at photographer Mark Seliger’s camera. She wears delicately tattered, barely there shorts made of a fragile material called chainmail — tiny metal squares linked together to form clothing that looks almost painted on. She told her 4 million followers on Twitter that before she put the shorts on she had to heat up the cold metal links with a blow dryer.
She definitely kept it spicy during her cover story while dishing on her sexual fantasies…can someone say TMI??? She likes to be spanked and dominated in the sheets which she contributes to childhood abuse. Rihanna Covers Vogue April 2011
Rihanna is featured on the cover of the April 2011 issue of Vogue. Shot by Annie Leibovitz, Rihanna looks unsurprisingly gorgeous. The only issue I have with her is the red hair. It just refuses to grow on me. I think it makes her look a bit cartoonish. I hated Angeline Jolie’s December cover but loved the shoot itself. In Rihanna’s case, I love the cover but feel Leibovitz could have done more with the shoot itself because, let’s face it, Rihanna is a very photogenic girl. They could have pushed the envelope a bit more.
In the issue, she talks about how fame has shaped her for better or worse. The surprising part is that she really tears into her dad:

A Chat With Rihanna’s Dad
It’s interesting when we’re able to get a peek into the life of a celebrity before they got famous. The Sun has an interesting interview with Rihanna’s dad, Ronald Fenty, who still sells clothes out of his car. He spoke about Rihanna’s talent, her sales skills, how he currently feels about Chris Brown and his drug addiction. He also reveals that she didn’t have to get anything surgically enhanced because she was already the “complete package”. You can’t say he’s not proud of his girl…
On Rihanna’s singing ability
The first time I heard her sing she was three years old, lying on her bed with a hairbrush for a microphone. Then, when she was seven, I heard her singing with our neighbor and I was amazed. She was doing the Aladdin song A Whole New World – it was so pretty I couldn’t believe it. I made sure she went to school and did well. She liked to dance and had natural rhythm but she wasn’t doing all the school productions and stuff. So her success came a bit out of the blue. She was the youngest girl to take part in a talent pageant at her high school. All the other girls were 17, but she won. Shortly afterwards she was discovered and the rest is history. (more…)
Whistle Blower For Peace
Ciara was spotted at the airport as she headed home from her vacation in Miami. She wore a Falling Whistle around her neck in support of a nonprofit campaign for peace and aid for children in the war-torn Democratic Republic of Congo, Falling Whistles. The child soldiers who are too small to hold guns are given whistles and are put on the front lines. Their job is to blow a whistle to let everyone know when the enemy is coming, so they are the first ones killed.
Falling Whistles is a small window into our world’s largest war.
Over a year ago, laying in Titu Prison, 5 boy-prisoners spoke of the whistleblowers.
Abducted in Congo and too small to carry a gun, boys were given merely a whistle and sent to the front lines of battle.
The sound of their whistles calling together was meant to frighten the enemy away. Failing that, their sole duty was to receive the bullets with their bodies. (more…)
Rihanna Without Makeup and Wig
Rihanna has been working her red hair for a minute now. It’s to play up her new album that was released last week, LOUD. I haven’t been a fan of the look but I’m loving how she rocked it for the 2010 American Music Awards this past weekend. Dress is beautiful, wig is tight and makeup game is on point. However, we women tend to go to extra extra lengths in our quest to look as glamorous as these celebrities. To put things into perspective, I have a little behind the scenes pic for you. Revealed: Rihanna’s Email To Chris Brown
I don’t speak much about the Chrihannna Gate scandal because I always felt like we were only getting one side of the story. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not trying to make excuses for what Chris did. But you have to wonder… I mean, there have been reports saying that wasn’t their first fight. People have said Rihanna had a tendency to throw things at Chris. There was even one report that said Chris had to break the windows of her car and jump out, just to get away from her slapping and scratching him. Ladies, do not hit your man and not expect to get hit back. Not all men are taught that they shouldn’t put their hands on ladies so why would you assume he won’t??? If you’re ready to put your fists up then be ready to get to scrapping. That’s all I’m saying.
Basically, there are always three sides to every story. And Rihanna just seems very suspect with each passing day. An email from Rihanna to Chris has been released by mediatakeout.com. She sent it to him about 3 months before their big bust up. Rihanna called Chris on his cell phone while he was at a nighclub in Los Angeles. While talking, Chris informed Rihanna that his phone battery was running out and he’d call her from the car once he left the club. About 2 hours after Chris’ phone cut off, Rih sent the below email. After the show is the after party…
Rihanna and her best friend Melissa were spotted partying it up in London late last night after Rihanna’s performance at the Brixten 02 Academy. The concert was Rihanna’s first since the assault incident and she was joined on stage by Young Jeezy and Jay-Z. Beyonce was also in attendance at the show and after party. Later that night, Rihanna was seen leaving Mahiki drunk as a skunk.
I love me some Ri-Ri. And I love that she can party it up just like us regular girls!!! Drunk as a skunk and cottage cheese hanging out!!! I love it! She inspires me to get back into my bikini, hanging stomach and all…Pity it’s raining around these parts…

Rihanna performed live at the Brixton Academy in London at the NOKIA X6 concert where she showcased new material from her new album ‘Rated R’. That girl just won’t stop. If you’ve listened to a few of her new cuts, let me know what you think. Personally, I think she should go for modeling. But that’s just me… Loving her look though…
